Ameriplan USA Review – Can You Really Make Money Selling Health Plans?
Ameriplan USA is a network marketing company that was started in 1992 and was founded by Dennis and Daniel Bloom. It’s current headquarters is in Plano, Texas. The company’s mission is to provide affordable health coverage to the average consumer. Currently, Ameriplan USA has 50,000 independent distributors and operates in 44 states. This network of distributors is how they sell their flagship product, discount medical plans. They seem to be doing something right as their customer base has now exceeded 1,000,000.
According to the website, Ameriplan is now the country’s largest discount fee-for-service dental, vision, prescription and chiropractic program provider. Recently, the company has added medical benefits to it’s lineup of services, including physician medical care, ancillary medical services, hospital advocacy and telemedicine.
As far as their business opportunity goes, you can get started for .95, which is an annual fee. Then, you will have to make a commitment to buy or sell 0 a month in services.

Hi, i’m 20 years old and i don’t have a dental insurance. I need braces, but they are too expensive, so I did some research and I found out about Dental discounts, but since they are not dental insurance I’m not so sure if they are reliable. So, i will like to take into account some of your personal experiences with Dental discounts specially when used for braces.
The big question:
Is it worth paying for a dental discount for braces?
And what is the highest they can cost?

What is the best dental discount plan?
I used to have Ameriplan USA and I may go back to that. It’s about $20 per month and offers discounts on dental, vision, and pharmacy. Are there other plans that are a better deal or lower price?
Getting second opinions is the best plan. I never had two dentists find the same cavity in the same place, so I never had any fillings.
What is a good legitimate discount dental plan?
I have done some research and have decided againt Ameriplan and am leaning towards AVIA, Careington Care, or Unicare. Does anyone have these Dental plans and used and are they good or another legitimate dental care plan that is good?
My favorite that I accept in my office is Delta Dental. I will caution you to be very careful about what type of plan you sign up for. As the old rule applies very heavily within the dental community, you get what you pay for. Of course there is always extremes but a high quality crown runs around 1100-1500 in the Atlanta Area, just to give you an idea. So many of these discount plans make dentist work on getting in as many people as possible and are less concerned with providing the patient with the best treatment possible.
Does Ameriplan Dental and Health Discount plan really provide a worthwhile discount at healthcare providers?

But the way for you to test it, is to call your own doctor or dentist, and ask them how much of a discount they give Ameriplan subscribers. Or just start calling doctors at random, in the phone book.
